What are the minimums for screen printing?
Screen Printing minimums vary depending on the number of colors in your design, and the number of locations to be printed. 12 pieces is the absolute minimum order. Please call to discuss your needs. |

What are the minimums for embroidery?
There are no embroidery minimums, just keep in mind the digitizing charge; with just one piece it can be expensive. |

What setup charges are there?
Setup charges are $25 per color per location. These are one time setup charges that are not charged on re-orders of the same design. Changes to the design will result in new set-up charges. For embroidery, there is a one time digitizing fee on all new embroidery designs. This charge is determined based on the amount of stitches in your design. |

Is there any charge for you to create my design?
The first 10 minutes are free, additional artwork is done at $42 per hour. Once you pay the art charge, the art belongs to you and we will gladly put it on a client supplied CD upon request for you to use for any other needs. |

Can we mix and match products in order to reach our 12 piece minimum?
As long as everything is being printed in the same color with the same design you can mix up your pieces ordered by size, color, and item as you see fit. |

What kind of deposit is needed to get my order started?
For all clients that do not have credit terms set up a 50% deposit is required to start your order. The balance is to be paid when the shirts are picked up. We can work with schools and business as long as credit terms are set up in advance. |

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. We take business and personal checks. And of course, cash is always accepted! |

What is normal turnaround time?
The normal turnaround time for screen printing is 5 business days from the day that art is approved and the deposit is received. For embroidery, turnaround time is 7 business days from art approval and receipt of the deposit. |
